Red Ribbon Week Starts Wednesday!!
Red Ribbon week starts next week. Since it is
also Bully Prevention month, this week is about educating and promoting
bully free & drug free schools. Teachers and students will wear red ribbons (provided by the school) each day to show their support!
A reminder for the special days is below:
October 23 - ‘Wear Red’ Day- Wear red
October 24 - ‘Drugs Turn You Inside Out’ Day-
Wear Shirt Inside Out
October 25 - ‘Put a Cap on Drugs’ Day-
Wear a favorite ball cap to school
October 28 - ‘Drug Free School Spirit’ Day-
Wear school colors or WASD shirt/red
October 29 - ‘Team Up Against Drugs’ Day-
Wear your favorite team jersey or shirt
October 30 – ‘Sock it to Drugs’ –
Wear crazy socks day
October 31 - “Being Drug Free is No Sweat”

Shapes
We did a "follow the directions" activity today! We practiced writing our name with just one capital letter. We practiced identifying shapes by name. We practiced coloring in the lines!!
